Qatar, Morocco in Deal for $170mn Projects
Morocco this week struck a deal for the financing of two development projects geared towards promoting sustainable agriculture. The first will develop pastures in the Sous-Massa Draa and Guelmim-Es Semara regions, and the second is part of a national irrigation expansion program. Gulf Times has the story:
Moroccan Prime Minister Abdul Ilah Bin Kiran met in Rabat yesterday with Qatar’s Minister of Finance HE Ali Sherif al-Emadi who is currently on a visit to Morocco in the framework of strengthening and deepening the fraternal relations between the two countries.
Discussions during the meeting focused on ways to strengthen bilateral ties.
