Florida export mission to Morocco set for May | South Florida Sun Sentinel

A business delegation from Florida is visiting Morocco in order to take advantage of its Free Trade Agreement with the US, the sole FTA the US has on the continent, seeking a “gateway” for business in Africa:

south florida sun sentinelFlorida is organizing an export mission in May to Morocco, the northwest African nation of 33 million residents across the Mediterranean from Spain.

The visit is spearheaded by the state’s economic development group, Enterprise Florida. The development group can pre-arrange one-on-one meetings for participants with potential buyers.
