Morocco’s January to November trade deficit drops 19.7 pct | Reuters

Morocco’s financial situation continues to improve as 2015 closes out:

reuters logoMorocco’s trade deficit fell 19.7 percent to 140.02 billion dirhams ($14.22 billion) in the first 11 months of 2015 compared with a year earlier, thanks to lower energy costs and higher exports, the foreign exchange regulator said on Tuesday.

Energy imports fell by 29 percent from a year earlier to 61.69 billion dirhams, data showed.
