Le Soir Echos, by Wadie El Mouden (Oujda, Morocco, June 26, 2013) — The signing of an accord relating to the program of integrated urban development for 2013-2016 took place Thursday in Oujda on the occasion of a royal visit.  Totaling 826M dirhams, the program centers on five specific axes, to improve: transportation networks, access to drinking water and sanitation services, the protection of the environment, the development of sports and recreation facilities, and the promotion of cultural activity and social action– notably the rehousing of individuals in buildings threatened by crumbling infrastructure or flooding.
